Adultery and Divorce
Adultery is a ground for divorce
under the law. When there is no forgiveness of this act, it can be the basis of
a judgment of divorce. The most common reason for a divorce is the separation
of the spouses, for one year or more.
Even though adultery involves a
certain level of social (and family) disapproval, it implies no effects on the
financial aspects of a divorce. There is also no consequences (most of the
time) in terms of child care.
